Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AIeBookGen, including our website, app workflow, generated ebook drafts, metadata tools, file preparation features, account settings, and related support services.

By creating an account, using the product, or buying a paid plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

What AIeBookGen Provides

AIeBookGen helps self-publishing authors create and prepare ebook projects. The product can help with topic direction, outlines, chapter drafting, manuscript assembly, title and blurb ideas, keyword and category notes, export preparation, and publishing handoff materials.

AIeBookGen does not guarantee that any book will be accepted by Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, Apple Books, Kobo, Google Play Books, or any other publishing platform. You are responsible for reviewing the final manuscript, metadata, claims, formatting, rights, and publishing platform requirements before publication.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support@aiebookgen.com.

User Content and Rights

"User Content" means prompts, drafts, files, images, notes, metadata, manuscripts, and other material you submit to AIeBookGen.

You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant AIeBookGen the limited right to process, store, display, transform, and export your User Content only as needed to provide the product, operate support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, process, publish, or commercially use the content you provide. Do not upload content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

AI Output and Review Responsibility

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for publication. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and clearing rights for all output before using it commercially or submitting it to a publishing platform.

Do not use AIeBookGen to create deceptive, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or sexually explicit content. Additional prohibited uses are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Paid plans may include subscriptions and one-time lifetime access offers. Prices, included features, billing intervals, and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page before checkout.

When checkout is powered by Creem, card payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. This means Creem handles payment processing, invoices, applicable indirect taxes, and chargebacks for completed purchases. You should not make separate payments outside the official checkout flow.

Creem may appear on your card statement or receipt. AIeBookGen remains responsible for providing the product, account access, product support, and refund-request handling.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal.

Logged-in users can manage or cancel subscriptions from Settings > Billing through the customer portal. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and normally keeps paid access available until the end of the current paid period, unless the customer portal or applicable law states otherwise.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. To request a refund, email support@aiebookgen.com with the account email, order details, and reason for the request. We respond to support and refund requests within 24 hours.

Approved refunds for Creem-processed payments are processed through Creem. AIeBookGen does not process refunds outside the official payment provider.

Support is available by email at support@aiebookgen.com and through the Contact page. We respond to support requests within 24 hours.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use AIeBookGen for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Generate, upload, publish, or request sexually explicit, NSFW, exploitative, or sexually suggestive content.
• Create deepfakes, face-swap content, impersonation content, or content that misleads people about a real person's identity or consent.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or attack our systems, or interfere with other users.
• Use AIeBookGen to sell counterfeit, unlicensed, plagiarized, or private label rights content that you do not have permission to commercialize.
• Use the product for regulated, high-risk, illegal, or age-restricted products or services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual Property

AIeBookGen, including our software, interface, trademarks, logos, and non-user-created content, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of AIeBookGen or the right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the product.

Service Availability

We work to keep AIeBookGen available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Features may change as the product evolves.

Termination

You may stop using AIeBookGen at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or causes harm to other users, the product, payment providers, or publishing platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIeBookGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, publishing rejection, account issues on third-party platforms, or business interruption.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued use of AIeBookGen after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
