• Payment information: plan, checkout status, customer identifier, subscription status, and transaction metadata returned by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

AI Inputs and Project Content

You control the prompts, drafts, files, and metadata you submit. Do not submit content that you do not have permission to process or publish. We process your project content to provide the requested product workflow and support.

We may review account or project activity when needed to investigate abuse, security issues, support requests, policy violations, chargebacks, or legal obligations.

Payments

When checkout is powered by Creem, Creem acts as Merchant of Record for completed purchases. Creem may process payment details, billing information, tax information, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and customer portal access according to its own policies.

AIeBookGen receives payment and subscription metadata needed to unlock paid features, provide support, and reconcile orders. We do not store full credit card numbers.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database, storage, email, authentication, analytics, customer support, payments, abuse prevention, and infrastructure monitoring. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
