Refund Policy

Overview

AIeBookGen sells digital access to an AI ebook workflow for drafting, packaging, checking, and preparing ebook handoff materials. Because access is delivered digitally, refund requests must be submitted through support and are reviewed against this policy.

Email support@aiebookgen.com with the account email, order details, and reason for the request. We respond to support and refund requests within 24 hours.

First Purchase Refund Window

For a first paid purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days if AIeBookGen does not meet your expectations, you cannot access the paid features, or the product materially differs from the plan description shown at checkout.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Settings > Billing through the customer portal.

For an unintended renewal, contact support within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will review the request and process an approved refund through the payment provider.

Duplicate Charges and Access Issues

We will review duplicate charges, failed access after payment, incorrect plan activation, and similar billing issues even outside the first-purchase refund window. Include the account email and transaction details so we can locate the order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied when:

• The request is made after the applicable refund window.
• The account has violated our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
• The purchase was used primarily for abuse, resale, scraping, prohibited content, or rights-infringing activity.
• The request is for work performed outside AIeBookGen or for a third-party publishing platform's decision.

How Refunds Are Processed

When checkout is powered by Creem, approved refunds are processed through Creem as Merchant of Record. AIeBookGen does not process refunds outside the official payment provider.

Refund timing depends on the payment method, card network, bank, and payment provider. Card refunds often take several business days to appear.
