Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is allowed and prohibited when using AIeBookGen. It applies to prompts, drafts, uploaded files, generated text, metadata, images, export materials, account activity, and support requests.

Allowed Use

You may use AIeBookGen to create and prepare lawful ebook projects, including fiction, nonfiction, cookbooks, guided journals, illustrated book drafts, workbooks, coloring book planning, metadata, blurbs, outlines, and export handoff materials, as long as you have the rights needed to use the underlying content.

Prohibited Content and Activity

You may not use AIeBookGen to create, upload, process, publish, sell, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit, NSFW, exploitative, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content.
• Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or abusive contexts.
• Deepfake, face-swap, impersonation, or face-manipulation content that misleads people about identity, consent, or endorsement.
• Harassment, threats, hate, extremist, self-harm, violent, or abusive material.
• Illegal, regulated, or age-restricted goods or services.
• Medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice presented as professional guidance.
• Copyright-infringing, trademark-infringing, plagiarized, counterfeit, unlicensed, private label rights, master resell rights, or stolen content.
• Malware, phishing, credential theft, spyware, spam, scraping, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Content intended to deceive publishing platforms, readers, reviewers, payment providers, or marketplace operators.

Publishing and Rights Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying facts, originality, permissions, disclosures, citations, image rights, and platform requirements before publishing or selling any book created with AIeBookGen.

Do not submit content unless you have the right to process it and use it in the intended book project.

AI Safety and Moderation

AIeBookGen may use automated or manual checks to detect abuse, rights risk, unsafe content, fraud, or policy violations. We may block requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

The current AIeBookGen product is focused on ebook text, metadata, structure, and handoff workflows. If AI image or video generation features are added, they must follow additional safety and moderation requirements before being offered for paid use.
