Billing and support details

Card payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment processing, invoices, applicable indirect taxes, and chargebacks for completed purchases.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled from Settings > Billing through the customer portal. Canceling stops future renewals while keeping access through the current paid period.
